“Who’s Hiding” is a hardcover Disney book, number eleven in the Animal Camouflage series, intended to be read to a preschool audience.
What I disliked:
It’s Winnie the Pooh, not my favorite cartoon, but that’s the only thing I can really complain about.
What I liked:
It is a great way to help preschoolers learn some basic problem solving skills; this book talks about camouflage but in easier words and terms. It is also playful in that they are looking for one of their own in a classic came of Hide and Seek.
I tended to read this one to our kids as a nap tester. If they stayed engaged the entire book, I would let nap time slide for my preschooler that day. If by the end of the book they weren’t excitedly pointing out the camouflaged animals they would find, I would grab another slower book and woo them to dreamland.
Where to find it:
I honestly don’t know where we found our book, but it can be purchased on Amazon for less than $2. More details available here.
