Look Out Kindergarten, Here I Come! by Nancy Carlson with lots of repetition, perfect for those preschoolers preparing for the biggest day of their lives.
What I disliked:
It’s not very eye appealing, but it works for the intended audience (kindergartners) perfectly!
What I liked:
I liked that it helped ask the questions my preschoolers weren’t yet able to verbalize. My answers to their “what are we going to do?” questions were usually overlooked with quick answers, “make friends, play, I don’t know, learn.” The book gave more detailed answers perfect for helping me out as a parent 🙂
Where to find it:
Ours was an amazing gift from Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. You can find yours from Amazon here for less than seven bucks.
